We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead A 24/7 manufacturing facility in Western Sydney and drive operational excellence across production, engineering, quality, safety, and people leadership. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a manufacturing professional who thrives in a high-volume FMCG environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving operational performance, and delivering best-in-class manufacturing outcomes.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance, safety, quality, and profitability of the NSW plant. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials management, and people functions while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all manufacturing operations within the facility.
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance.
  • Develop and execute operational budgets and profit improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee capital expenditure planning and major maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, environmental, and WHS standards.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational discipline.

To be successful in this role you will bring
  • Significant leadership experience within a food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-shift manufacturing operations.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience leading managers and supervisors.
  • Exceptional operational, analytical, and problem-solving capability.
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with budget management experience.
  • Sound knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and WHS requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to drive change and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
  • High levels of resilience, accountability, and leadership presence.
