Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will play a key part in managing strategic partnerships across the Major Grocery and Omni-channel landscape. You'll be responsible for developing customer plans, delivering commercial outcomes and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of key retail customers.

We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a proven track record managing Major Grocery customers within FMCG. Exposure to Omni-channel customers, eCommerce or Digital Grocery platforms will be highly regarded. You'll be commercially astute, confident leading customer negotiations and passionate about building long-term strategic partnerships. You'll bring strong analytical capability, experience managing customer P&Ls and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex business environment.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is motivated by delivering outstanding results.

- Managing strategic relationships across Major Grocery and Omni-channel customers.
- Developing and executing Joint Business Plans to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth.
- Leading promotional planning, pricing, forecasting and trade investment discussions.
- Identifying ranging, category and new product opportunities to maximise commercial performance.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance and Supply Chain teams to execute customer strategies and deliver best-in-class customer outcomes.
