About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Journey, this newly created role sits at the intersection of customer insight, marketing strategy and journey design.
You'll use audience insights, personas and segmentation to identify opportunities, influence strategic direction and partner across Marketing, Digital, Analytics and Technology teams to create more effective customer experiences.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys thinking strategically before execution, translating market understanding into customer initiatives that improve engagement and performance.

- Driving continuous improvement through performance measurement.
- Skills & Experience
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in customer strategy, customer insights, brand strategy or planning.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer behaviour.
- Ability to translate insight into marketing strategy.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach across cross-functional teams.
- Passion for improving customer experience through strategic thinking.
