The Opportunity
This is a high-impact greenfield opportunity to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of complex Data & AI products within a large-scale enterprise environment.
You’ll own a portfolio of products and problem spaces, working across multiple squads to turn emerging Data & AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. From defining long-term product vision and shaping investment decisions through to guiding discovery, delivery and adoption, this is a role with genuine scope and influence.
Working closely with senior engineering leaders, architects, business stakeholders and strategic partners, you’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, product and technology.


About You
You’ll be a strategic and commercially minded Product leader with a passion for turning Data & AI opportunities into tangible business outcomes. Comfortable working across senior business leaders and technical teams, you’ll know how to identify the right problems, prioritise investment and navigate complexity to take AI products from opportunity through to successful delivery and adoption.


You’ll bring
  • Strong Product Management experience across Data & AI products
  • Experience developing AI products in complex enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of machine learning, Generative AI and ideally Agentic AI
  • Exposure to MLOps, LLMOps and platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary product and engineering squads
  • Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Retail experience or exposure to retail data would be highly regarded
