Head of Ecommerce

An exciting opportunity for a senior eCommerce leader to join a high profile, customer led retail business and shape the next phase of its digital growth for a 12mth fixed term contract.  
 
This is a highly commercial leadership role with ownership of eCommerce strategy and digital channel performance, bringing together trading, customer experience, personalisation, digital discovery and optimisation.   You will also lead and mentor a very capable team of 5DR and work cross functionally with key stakeholders to influence the digital roadmap and ensure investment is focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest customer and commercial value.  

We’re looking for someone with:
  • Significant senior eCommerce or digital retail leadership experience
  • Strong commercial ownership across revenue, margin and customer growth
  • Deep understanding of digital trading, customer journeys, personalisation, search and discovery
  • Experience influencing complex, cross functional digital roadmaps
  • Strong people leadership and executive stakeholder capability
