Our client is a well-established Australian retail and convenience business that operates one of the country’s much-loved restaurant brands through a franchise partnership. With strong foundations in place, they’re now investing in dedicated leadership to drive the brand’s next phase of growth in South Australia.

About the role
This is an Adelaide-based leadership role for an experienced multi-site hospitality operator who’s ready to take ownership of a high-performing network and help write its next chapter.
You’ll lead the brand’s South Australian restaurant network, with real influence over people, performance and customer experience. It’s also a genuine stepping stone into broader leadership as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the South Australian restaurant network
  • Coach and develop your teams, building a strong pipeline of future leaders
  • Drive high standards across operations, guest experience and commercial performance
  • Partner with the franchisor’s national head office and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into operational results
About you
You’ve led multiple food-led venues in a fast-paced hospitality environment – whether that’s restaurants, cafés or hospitality groups with a strong food offering – and you know how to bring people with you.

You’ll ideally bring:
  • Multi-site leadership experience in a food-led restaurant or hospitality environment
  • A track record of lifting performance and building strong, engaged teams
  • Franchise experience, or experience partnering closely with a brand or head office
  • Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
  • A love of great food and guest experience, and the energy to be a true brand ambassador
  • Based in Adelaide (or keen to return to SA), with travel to regional restaurants and occasional interstate travel
