Our client is an established multi-brand food franchise business. The Board is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth.

The role
Reporting to the Board, you will set the strategy, lead the executive team and grow the franchise network. The focus is network growth, store performance and making each brand a stronger proposition for franchise partners and customers.

About you
  • Senior leadership of a multi-site consumer business with full P&L accountability
  • Experience leading a franchise, licensee or dealer network
  • A strong grasp of unit economics and store-level performance
  • A hands-on leader, credible with franchise partners, teams and the board
Location and package
East Coast based, with travel. An attractive package for the right leader.
