About the Company
Join a global lifestyle and streetwear brand with deep roots in sport, fashion and culture. With a long heritage and a growing presence across Australia and New Zealand, the brand is now accelerating its direct-to-consumer growth and investing in a stronger, more commercially driven ecommerce business. This is a fast-moving, growing environment. It suits people who take ownership, keep momentum and enjoy helping build the processes needed for the next stage of growth.

About the Role
As Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you’ll be the engine room of the brand’s online store. You’ll make sure products are set up and presented accurately, launches go live seamlessly, and the site is always ready to trade.
Reporting to the Merchandise Planning & Trading Manager, you’ll handle day-to-day ecommerce execution and operations across product, launches, site management and conversion. This is a hands-on role for someone organised and detail-oriented who enjoys bringing products and campaigns to life and is always looking for ways to improve performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day Shopify Plus operations and onsite merchandising
  • Setting up, enriching and maintaining the product catalogue, including product content, imagery, sizing, collections and attributes
  • Executing the ecommerce launch calendar across product drops, campaigns and key trading events, including QA before go-live
  • Coordinating launch readiness with the Marketing, Product, Operations and Logistics teams
  • Monitoring inventory availability so stock is accurately reflected online and launches are ready to trade
  • Owning the website changeover calendar and building landing pages, collection pages and campaign content
  • Supporting conversion rate optimisation (CRO), including customer journey reviews, A/B testing and site enhancements with external partners
  • Reporting on traffic, conversion, AOV and product performance, and turning insights into improvements
  • Helping build and improve ecommerce processes as the business scales

About You
You’re a hands-on ecommerce operator who loves detail, keeps things moving and understands what drives online performance. You’re comfortable juggling competing priorities, solving problems independently, and working without every process in place from day one.
You’ll bring:
  • 2–4 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital trading, ecommerce operations or online retail
  • Strong hands-on Shopify experience (or a similar platform) across product, merchandising and content
  • Experience executing product launches, website updates and promotional campaigns
  • A working knowledge of ecommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion and AOV, with strong Excel and GA4 skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operations and external partners
  • Exposure to SAP, Power BI or Tableau (a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and a calm, adaptable style in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, sport or consumer brands (preferred)
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Digital, Commerce, Retail or similar (preferred)

Culture & Perks
This is an environment that trusts its people. You’ll be supported to take ownership, improve how things are done and grow with a business that’s scaling its digital presence. The culture is collaborative, energetic and grounded in a shared love of the lifestyle and streetwear space.
Perks include:
  • An attractive package including bonus
  • Access to exclusive brand events and product perks
  • A culture that champions ownership, career growth and continuous improvement
