Production Team Leader – Night Shift
Yatala, QLD | Permanent, full-time 

This night shift finishes at 6am Friday and doesn’t start again until 10pm Sunday, giving you a full weekend every week.

Our client is a well-established national food manufacturer running a high-volume bakery operation in Yatala.
They’re adding a Production Team Leader to their night shift to lead the team across multiple bakery lines.

The role
  • Lead a team of 12 to 24 across multiple bakery lines, reporting to the Night Shift Production Supervisor
  • Operate and support the team on site equipment, including dough mixers and sheeting
  • Work 10pm to 6am, five nights a week (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Hand over to the incoming shift at the end of each night
About you
  • Team leader experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment is ideal
  • Team leaders from other manufacturing industries, or experienced bakery operators ready to step into leadership, are encouraged to apply
  • Hands-on experience with dough mixing, sheeting or similar production equipment (training is provided)
  • Comfortable working a permanent night shift
