Distribution & Logistics Manager - ANZ

Location: melbourne
Salary: Competitive salary package including bonus, car allowance, and parking
Job Type: permanent
Contact: David Goodrem
About the Company
Levi Strauss & Co. created the blue jean more than 150 years ago and remains one of the most recognised apparel brands in the world, selling through its own stores, e-commerce and major wholesale partners. Its Australian and New Zealand business has a clear plan for expansion over the next five years, with growth amplified by its direct-to-consumer and digital channels.

About the Role
Based in their South Melbourne office, the role owns ANZ distribution and logistics end to end and sits on the local leadership team. Reporting regionally and working closely with the ANZ General Manager, you will be accountable for service, cost and capacity across store, wholesale and e-commerce channels.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing DC performance and the governance of a global 3PL partner
• Improving delivery performance to stores, wholesale and e-commerce customers
• Owning the logistics budget and reducing cost per unit
• Partnering with commercial, planning and retail teams on peak readiness and stock flow

Skills & Experience
This opportunity suits a hands-on logistics leader who enjoys the pace of retail, building strong relationships across the business, and has a demonstrable success in 3PL supplier management. The successful candidate will bring a track record in retail distribution and logistics, ideally including e-commerce fulfilment, and a strong DC operations knowledge and experience governing 3PL partners. A commercial, resilient style will also be of benefit, along with experience influencing stakeholders in a matrix style organisation. A competitive package is on offer along with the benefit of a hybrid flexible working environment.
