About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will drive the product marketing strategy across a portfolio of complex products during a period of positive transformation.  You will lead cross functional efforts in the creation of compelling positioning and go-to-market strategies to accelerate purchase decisions and drive product adoption. The role will be instrumental in driving product penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.  You will define the product and industry level value propositions for net new and current audiences to help solve business challenges of segments the organization is building solutions for.  With a relatively immature product marketing function in place currently, this role provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to truly shape the strategy during a period of retain and defend.  You will embody the voice of the customer, bringing it into feedback loops to support product delivery, and deliver adopter programs to determine viability of new releases.  Critically, you will leverage data driven insights to develop value propositions aimed at driving product penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction, in line with business objectives.  In addition, you will conduct regular sourcing and analysis of competitive intelligence to ensure timely response to changing market conditions including recommendations for changes to pricing, packaging, promotions and partner offers.
 
 
About You
You are a degree qualified, savvy marketing manager, with a proven track record of working across complex organisations and delivering results through others.  You have deep knowledge across the B2B landscape, understanding how B2B businesses work, the nuances of their longer lifecycles and how to influence multiple key decision makers through smart marketing.  . With experience in product marketing activities to meet market needs, you have a wealth of examples in creating winning products to improve the customer experience, reduce friction and drive improved engagement.  You thrives on planning, process and data-driven marketing, and bring a test-and-learn mindset to your work.  This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies at the highest levels across the business.  You will be challenged in this role, and be expected to challenge others.
