About the role  

Reporting to Category Manager IT, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all technology-related goods and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services that meet the company’s needs.  
This is an opportunity for an ambitious procurement specialist to join a high performing team, and to learn from and further progress their career in a large procurement function. 
 
Experience & Skills required for the role
  • Developing procurement strategies for technology-related goods and services
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and products
  • Preparing and issuing requests for proposals and quotes
  • Evaluating supplier proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Monitoring supplier performance and managing vendor relationships
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritise technology procurement needs
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and ideally an understanding of or strong interest technology products and services. You should have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
