An exciting opportunity for a lead to lead the capital projects team onsite in Shepparton reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. Play a lead role in creating the capital plan for the site, while providing governance and structure with regards to the project process.

As the Project Engineering Manager you have the ability to think strategically and make smart business decisions. You will take on full strategic responsibility for the capital project portfolio onsite, leading a small team while reporting to the Engineering Manager.

You will play a lead role in creating the 5 year capital plan for the site, while ensuring projects are delivered on time & within budget. The Project Engineering Manager will add significant value in terms of providing structure and improving project governance for the capital team.

What will you need to be successful?
  • Experience in similar leadership roles in Food manufacturing or related industries
  • 5+ years' relevant experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline
  • Proactive leader with the ability to achieve results quickly and influence the team.
  • Project Governance experience
