A great opportunity currently exists to join a B2B retail and online business who has been going from strength to strength and has had significant revenue growth and forecasted to continue to expand.    They are a tight knit collaborative culture with a clear vision and strategy for the future and agressive but acheivement growth targets.    We are looking for an all-round E-commerce and Digital Marketing professional to join the team and drive growth. 


About the position

We are ideally seeking a hands-on E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager who has experience in B2B or B2C eCommerce and can demonstrate building a strategy and roadmap to deliver online growth.   You will be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of 3 online stores including an upcoming migration of a new platform, managing UI / UX changes / roadmap as well as leading the Digital Marketing strategy, managing the budget across several key channels including SEO, SEM, Email, and social media.  They currently work with external marketing agency but ideally want to bring this in house and build out the capability within the team.
 
  • Managing the digital marketing budget and build out a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth
  • Management of the 4 e-commerce sites including project managing of new migration
  • Build the optimisation/ conversion framework, focus on test / learn through A/B testing to drive ongoing improvements
  • Work with external digital and technology agencies and project manage deliverables
  • Contribute to product ranging decisions based on trends and competitive landscape for the online store
  • Develop and execute co-ordinated online sales and promotional campaigns
 
Skills & experience
  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in driving profitable growth within the e-commerce channel and strong technical understanding
  • Strategic thinking, but also happy to jump in and get their hands dirty when required
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, ideally hands on experience across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of conversion / optimisation enhancements
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, must be able to take insights and translate into actionable projects / recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve
