Projects and Remit:

  • Drive customer engagement program through strategic and targeted personalisation programs, growing the membership base and providing value to existing members
  • Building out CRM membership program across segmentation across the customer lifecycle - loyalty and post purchase journeys etc and drive frequency and growth across the events & hospitality venues
  • Built out key offers / campaigns throughout the year that are segmentation and drive engagement
  • Needs to be comfortable with the hands-on aspect of building journeys, deploying EDMs where required
  • Manage, coach and mentor 1 direct report
  • Build out more sophistication on reporting,  engaging metrics, membership numbers, frequency, lifetime value etc

Ideal Candidate:  
  • 3-5 years experience 
  • Needs to be comfortable driving strategy and leading the direction but being hands on
  • Must be able to articulate / present their experience well to broader business and senior leadership team
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Subject matter expert across CRM space
  • Good cultural fit for the business as there are lots of events for people to get involved with
  • Salesforce marketing cloud (advantageous)
