AO3 – AO5 Finance Officers / Accounts Payable & Receivable – Expression of Interest
Calling on Finance professionals for several contract roles within Government.
  • Short and long-term contracts
  • From $44.49 per hour + Superannuation
  • Various locations in Brisbane / Queensland
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, review and maintain appropriate work instructions and systems
  • Assist in the ongoing improvement of financial policies and procedures and their application within the department
  • Providing financial, contract management, administrative and corporate services support
  • Processing of credit card and other reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable &/or Receivable and end-to-end payroll
  • Preparation of superannuation and payroll tax; and assisting with month-end reporting
  • General data entry and processing
  • Providing general administrative support
SELECTION CRITERIA
  • Experience processing invoices through and use of SAP, ProMaster, S/4HANA & other finance systems
  • Experience in a Finance or Accounts Payable/Receivable role
  • Payroll experience and end-of-month reporting
  • Must have experience working within a Government Department
