Critical to their next phase of growth and with the complete support of the executive group is the transformation of their planning function which will unlock capacity across their network and create opportunity to enter new markets.
About the role
The Head of Integrated Business Planning will lead the development of IBP from a current S&OP framework and establish a stable and efficient planning cycle across multiple business units which will deliver opportunities for value creation across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coach, develop and bring on the transformation journey a group of direct and indirect reports across multiple regions
• Embed consistent best practice planning processes and foster effective collaboration across a broad commercial stakeholder group
• Deploy and maintain new supply strategies which will lead to optimised inventory, DIFOT target achievement, and the unlocking of production capacity at the sites
• Partner with the commercial and strategy groups to ascertain the profit potential of an optimised operating model and the execution and capability gaps required to be addressed.
Skills & Experience
Though tertiary qualifications are expected what is most important is demonstrable success in delivering a transformation agenda which covers planning process and systems. Having seen best in class, yet also comfortable working in an environment without it, your technical strengths will be accompanied by a collaborative style that influence effectively across a large and complex manufacturing organisation. In addition, any experience with SAP will be seen as advantageous.
