About the role
The Category Business Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, reporting directly to the Merchandise Manager and is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key categories and a team of Category Managers. They are responsible for managing the portfolio P&L,  delivering revenue and sales growth targets, ensuring customer lead category plans are developed and executed, and providing leadership across the end-to end portfolio plan.
 
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have extensive retail merchandise management experience, encompassing people management, key strategic planning and have superior financial knowledge and skills. They will be a passionate retailer, with an innovative mindset and entrepreneurial flair who enjoys driving new ways of thinking alongside exceptional stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.
