About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Digital, the eCommerce Partnership Manager will lead eCommerce engagement with our clients Authorised Retail Partners to maximise digital shelf opportunities and support a premium brand experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and deliver eCommerce partnership engagement strategy
- Working closely with the Key Account team and Authorised Retail Partners to support eCommerce growth across their online channels in line with business objectives.
- Drive product content plans to support the path to purchase and product optimisation across the digital shelf
- Develop plans to increase partner site engagement metrics and drive incremental sales aligned to the product road map and campaign calendar
- Manage reporting program to provide greater insight in ecommerce performance across key metrics to support initiatives.
- 3 - 5 years experience across eCommerce
- Mid-level marketing and leadership experience
- Experience managing eCommerce or retailer partnership platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
