About the company
Our client is the largest precious metals bullion and crypto currency dealer in Australia, with a growing office in Victoria based in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. They are dominant player in their market and are looking to grow their Melbourne business significantly to mirror the successful operation in Brisbane.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, the customer service representative is responsible for over the phone and face to face customer service, sales related duties, whilst processing orders, coordinating admin and account management. This role is based out of the office/store in Melbourne’s CBD.

Duties
  • Customer Service – Face to Face, Phone, online (e-commerce)
  • Process orders through ERP and specifics Platforms
  • Engage with regular clients and customers in store and online
  • Receipting goods, managing invoices, input data into CRM and managing inventory and accounting
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in Customer service, Retail assistance
  • Crypto Currency or Bullion knowledge/expertise would be advantageous
  • System experience with Xero (or QBO) and CIN7 (or Dear) – or SAP is highly advantageous
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
