The Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, this is a business-critical role responsible for leading the Brand Marketing and Digital function, managing a team of 3 direct reports and reporting into the Regional Director based locally. Playing a key role in the company’s future growth objectives, the core objectives include driving the integrated marketing planning process, leading omni-channel marketing campaigns, increasing brand equity & consumer engagement through penetration, trial and consideration whilst delivering profitability. In addition, you will lead the brand team across all comms, social, content and digital marketing, manage all external agencies and suppliers and have full accountability for A&P spend. Aside from being a technically sound marketer, you will also be effective in delivering best in class marketing innovation, and an unparalleled level of transparency.  You will set in place the strong foundations of a marketing strategy which capitalise on the existing assets of the business while looking for new ways to deliver category and brand growth across a diverse channel mix.   

What we need
You are a degree qualified, a savvy senior marketing leader with 8+ years’ experience in strategically focused marketing roles. You have a creative eye, you enjoy following consumer trends, and know how to commercialise these for the consumer.  With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes.   You have strong stakeholder management skills – you are at ease working with cross functional teams eg: global counterparts.

Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years' experience in a lead marketing role preferably within FMCG categories or consultancy environment specialising in FMCG such as Beauty, Health, Wellness, Food, Beverages etc.
  • Prior leadership management of integrated teams 
  • Experience in delivering TTL campaigns and activation's (strategic brand management)
  • Digital Marketing experience (social media, advocacy programs, paid, owned & earned media etc)
  • Has omni-channel experience 
  • Ideal to have managed global brands
  • Proven examples of delivering growth and commercial outcomes within organisations 
  • Consumer centric and brand led approach 
  • Proven ability to engage and influence at all levels and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and team
  • Has operated within a fast-paced environment
  • Natural curious & strategic thinker
  • Personal connect to lifestyle, outdoors, health & wellness, sports etc.
