About the company:
Our client a publicly listed Australian company and a leader in their category within the B2B and B2C space.   They are seeking a Digital Performance Lead to join its successful marketing team.   The company prides itself on its stand-out culture, passion for its products and customers, and investment in technology and people. We are currently looking for someone to join the team in a 6mth contract capacity.

Projects and Remit:
  • Overseeing the strategy for performance delivery across paid media channels
  • Implementing and optimising performance marketing strategies for cost-effective growth
  • Working closely with stakeholders to support marketing campaigns
  • Generating insights through research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting on investment and performance targets
  • Collaborating with media and creative partners to ensure timely, accurate and risk-free delivery of campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:  
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem
  • Experience in performance marketing, with a preference for client-side experience
  • Proven ability to take initiative and learn quickly
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
  • Strong campaign and project management skills
