With continued focus on growth, they have an opportunity for a State Sales Manager to join their team in Victoria.
 
About the role
This role reports directly into the Regional State Manager – The scope of this role is responsible for managing and growing the existing business, actively developing new business with new customers as well as securing new business opportunities within the distributor customer base. You will also be responsible for delivering the state’s financial years sales plan and gross sales target. The role has a Business Development Manager as a direct report as well as the leadership and accountability for the brokerage network in WA.
 

Skills & Experience  
The ideal candidate for this role will have detailed understanding and experience within the Foodservice channel, gained within a similar Sales position. This profile will include demonstrated success in growing existing accounts, developing new business, and achieving sales targets through a structured and organised approach.You will possess strong people management and motivation skills as well as being a team player with the ability to co-ordinate and collaborate on activities nationally.
