About the role

Reporting to the General Manager ANZ and in a sales team of 10, this role will lead the #1 business account in Woolworths. As the market leader this is a business integral role to maintain presence and continue to grow and shape the category. Within this agile team this role will straddle the responsibility of strategic and customer requirements, working as a channel expert to influence ideas to execution with a true consumer led hat on. The successful candidate will be hungry but humble, with aspirations and capability to step into people leadership in the future. 

Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in National Account/Business Management or a customer facing role within FMCG
  • Proven success driving and negotiating commercial outcomes within Australian Grocery
  • Demonstrated success exercising leadership and direction with the ability to take others on a journey
  • Strengths extracting customer needs to provide a win, win scenario for business and retailer
  • Excellent agility, with ability to pivot from learnings and deal with ambiguity when under pressure
  • Team player with an enjoyment to roll up the sleeves to positive business and environmental changes
  • Capability and willingness to develop into people leadership into the future
