About the company
Rathbone Wine Group is a highly regarded, family owned business behind leading Australian wine brands, Yerring Station, Xanadu and Mount Langi Ghiran. The group and its wineries were founded on three key pillars; pride, passion and commitment along with the family’s multi generational experience in wine and agriculture. There is now an opportunity to join the team as a Brand Manager across two key portfolios for the business.
 
About the role
As Brand Manager, you will build and drive the marketing strategy for both Xanadu and Mount Langi Ghiran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand planning, NPD, campaign management, trade marketing, digital marketing, social, sponsorships, events, budget management and identifying and driving new opportunities and initiatives.
 
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience at Brand Management level in FMCG/Consumer Goods
  • A passion for the wine industry essential
  • Has an understanding of brand and product management with a hands on approach
  • Passion to learn and an eagerness to teach
  • Able to operate effectively within a small yet dynamic team environment, roll up their sleeves, take ownership  and be hands on
  • Strong personable skills and ability to build trust and strong working relationships
  • Experience in beverages/wine industry highly desirable
