About the role
Reporting into and supporting the QA Manager, the QA Coordinator will be a key player in ensuring production processes adhere to a mix of regulatory and external standards such as BRC and HACCP. About the role
Reporting into and supporting the QA Manager, the QA Coordinator will be a key player in ensuring production processes adhere to a mix of regulatory and external standards such as BRC and HACCP. Working in a highly cross-functional manner with key touchpoints across quality, production and warehouse teams, key aspects of the role include:
- Oversight of the production team from a quality perspective
- Maintaining of documentation for auditing processes
- Third party supplier management across quality, particularly relating to packaging materials
- Responding to NCR and any inbound complaints
This is a great opportunity for a quality professional with demonstrated coordinator/supervisory experience to transition into a growing business. Requirements for the role include:
- Exposure to key retail requirements such as SQF, Coles and Woolworths is key for success in this role.
- Demonstrable experience supporting auditing activities and responding to NCR
- Previous or current experience with external suppliers as it related to quality activities
- Beverage industry experience well regarded but not essential
