About the role
The General Manager Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain including shipping, logistics, warehouse management, store replenishment and direct to customer fulfilment. Forming part of the Executive Leadership Team the role is critical to the delivery of an outstanding customer experience, with key responsibilities including:

• Management of 3PL partners and ensuring key performance indicators are met across customer satisfaction, cost, and stock availability
• Lead and develop a passionate team responsible for the national supply network and establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across the business
• Employ Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence strategies to unlock opportunities for supply chain optimisation
• Contract management along with significant P&L accountability to meet commercial objectives

Skills & Experience
We are seeking interest from results orientated and customer obsessed supply chain and logistics leaders that can demonstrate a track record of process and systems improvement, preferably with retail and eCommerce fulfilment experience. Detail focussed operationally and an effective communicator to the executive group the successful candidate will be a commercially astute leader who can collaborate at all levels.
