ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Communications Manager, you will be the conduit between their key customer-facing Sales Team and Brand Marketing Team and manage the flow of information from multiple business functions. You will be collating information across the business to support national accounts and create promotional activity, such as presentations and other documents for the Sales Team.
 
In this role you will be managing the creation and distribution of communications materials to support the activities of the Brand Marketing Team. You will be developing high-quality presentations and a range of templates for internal and external processes and act as a brand and communications champion, ensuring 100% compliance across all activities.
 
SKILLS / EXPERTISE REQUIRED
  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or another relevant field
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a communications, marketing or similar role on either client or agency side
  • A natural ability to work comfortably with all levels of seniority and across multiple teams – you will thrive in this role based on the relationships you build
  • An excellent ability to provide timely communications direction and support to individuals and teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across all levels
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • The ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes
  • Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
