Our client is a privately owned Australian business that provides market leading security awareness training and technology, offering a suite of solutions that help organisations significantly reduce their human cyber risk. In 2020 the business pivoted from a direct B2B model to a 100% channel model, which has given them a significant point of difference in market, one they want to continue capitalising on. 

About the role

Reporting to the Founder/Owner, the primary objective of this role is to build, run and scale a highly successful sales business by creating and executing on the channel strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets.  The successful individual will work closely with the founder to formulate this strategy, building sustainable relationships with existing partners to drive as much sell through as possible, whilst identifying new channel partners to generate new business.  This role is about meeting and exceeding 12 month revenue and growth objectives, whilst also taking ownership of longer term objectives to meet the growth trajectory our client is looking for.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be a high performing sales leader that has had experience across the technology or telecommunications sectors.  You will have ideally taken a business from start up through the scale up phase, understanding the key areas to focus on to ensure this growth is achieved.  You will have outstanding commercial acumen that will be evident in your success within strategic planning, and be a natural leader and influencer that has a true passion for business growth. This role will suit someone with a growth mindset who thrives working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
