Our client are the sole distributor for a global brand across Foodservice Equipment, with a personal passion for continuous innovation and a culture that is committed to quality, customer satisfaction and the support of all their employees. They are now seeking State Account Manager to join this growing high performing team and business.

About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will effectively lead and manage NSW and grow a number of high-profile national accounts within Corporate Foodservice, Convenience & QSR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales growth, budget and other commercial metrics through growing customer portfolio’s as well as driving results/outcomes through the large corporate accounts.
  • To liaise with end-users, clients, contractors, and customers.
  • Build strong customer and supplier relationships whilst providing technical advice and support.
  • Develop portfolio plans and ongoing sales strategies to maximise profit and grow sales in new and existing accounts.
  • Undertake regular visits to major client/customers to verify the attainment of customer satisfaction.
This is a 360 degree role where you will develop and maintain constructive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Finance) to manage projects through to completion.

To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate:
  • A high degree of commercial acumen. (i.e. excellent communication skills, businesses development, contract negotiation, and marketing skills)
  • Experience (5 years min) in a similar Key Account Manager role (Foodservice and QSR) with demonstrated results identifying sales growth opportunities against objectives and implementing a plan to improve.
  • The ability to self-promote through a variety of channels, social media and business networks.
