We are excited to be partnering with a global food business in high growth mode with a particular focus on the Australian division of their business. Nimble and entrepreneurial, this business is looking to expand their team in the area of their commercial functions. A new exciting leadership role is available leading on the Foodservice, Industrial and Export Channels as the National Account Manager.
About the role
Leading the strategy and development for the non-grocery channel, this role will be a key contributor to the overall growth and expansion of the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying and commercialising new business opportunities and revenue streams with both existing and new customers creating innovative solutions that position the business for profitable and sustainable growth as well as increased market share and brand awareness. Working across Industrial B2B, Distribution partners, HoReCa and international markets, this role requires an agility and passion to engage across a diverse customer portfolio.
Skills and experiences
To successfully secure this role it is essential that you bring an extensive knowledge of the Foodservice channel and demonstrated success in cultivating growth relationships. Ideally presenting with a food production background, you will possess a consultative and hands on approach enabling you to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and long term customer partnerships. This position will also take the lead on the management of the 3rd party field resource, therefore leadership and coaching capability is also required.
