About the position

Reporting to the GM of Digital & Technology we are looking for exceptional online trade professional to join the team as an Ecommerce Trading Manager and take domestic online sales it to the next level. This role has the potential to build out a team in the future to support growth targets.
  • Responsible for e-commerce performance / online trade growth  
  • Audit existing landscape and identify opportunities, build out roadmap of initiatives
  • Develop an optimisation/ conversion framework, focus on test / learn through A/B / Multivariate testing to drive ongoing improvements, UX, UI, form and function of site, etc  
  • Review existing reporting / dashboards – evolve and review daily to ensure continuous improvement drive CRO
  • Work with GM of Digital & Tech to build businesses case for future e-commerce investment
Skills and Experience
  • Ideally retail / travel / marketplace background
  • Strong E-commerce / trade background
  • Strong understand of CX, UX and best practice in this space
  • Understanding of technology & analytics platforms
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Customer first focus, thinking in the eyes of the customer creating seamless customer experience
  • Capable developing strategy, but also happy to be hands on.
  • Experience working with external partners and project management
  • Innovative / curious mindset,  constantly thinking about how to improve and have this test / learn focus
