As the business develops and expands, they are looking for a Property Manager to join the team to support the continual growth within the business.

About the role
 
This is a business-critical role that is responsible for the ongoing property portfolio management of the existing network with the business. This role will involve collaborating with appointed property specialists in Australia and New Zealand to negotiate renewals or divestments. You will be responsible for resolving property related issues and will oversee review and finalisation of lease and related documents. You will work collaboratively with the Business Development team and wider organisation to support the property needs of their restaurants network. As you develop within the role, the Property Manager ANZ will assist to the sourcing, investigation and securing of new sites, relocation and expansion opportunities including drive-thru sites.

About You

You have experience within retail leasinl, preferably in food, with a proven track record undertaking lease renewals end-to-end and have managed a large national portfolio, which includes direct resolution of landlord-initiated issues. You will be someone who can work autonomously and is focused on accountability of your work. It is important that you are a team player, you will be working in a lean environment which will require you to work collaboratively and in partnership with the wider business.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail leasing 
  • Strong team focus with ability to collaborate, influence and deliver results
  • Ability to read and interpret lease documents, including understanding of underlying Retail Leasing legislation across all states
  • Proactive, organised and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks with diverse personalities
  • Experience managing externally appointed leasing support partners
  • Working knowledge of Lease eagle
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability.
