About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated National Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of customers including independents and distributors. As the National Account Manager, you will also be responsible for driving new business in emerging channels including Aldi, Costco, and P&C. You will be tasked with delivering on sales spend and profit targets, forecasting sales and controlling spend, maximizing distributions of the company’s portfolio and driving strategic partnership with key retail stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and category teams to ensure the international brand equity is aligned with brand values.
Skills & Experience Required
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in managing independent grocery customers on a national level, or experience in managing large emerging customers. You will possess an entrepreneurial and action-oriented approach in identifying and commercialising opportunities across the current portfolio, as well as a high level of financial literacy. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be fluent in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
