Due to continued growth, there is now an opportunity to join the business in a newly creted role as an NPD Project Manager. 
 
About the role 
In this role, you will own projects from end to end via stage gate and leveraging project management tools, while acting as the key conduit between local manufacturing and commercial teams to deliver projects within the 3-5 year innovation pipeline including innovation, line extensions, product optimization and packaging upgrades across three key brands.
 
Skills & Experience 
  • Prior NPD experience within the FMCG space – either with a marketing, technical or supply chain background
  • Experience working via stage gate and with project management tools/software 
  • Strong communication, relationship building, stakeholder management and influence skills
  • Strong planning, attention to detail and organizational skills
