Our client is a privately owned retail technology and analytic company that has seen unprecedented growth over the last few years. The business commercially launched in 2017 and saw significant growth in the first couple of years leading to Series A funding in 2019. After seeing double digit growth over the past 18 months the business has recently secured Series B funding which gives the capacity for further scale. This is an exciting period as we search for a Senior BDM that wants to be be part of a business that is currently scaling and growing.

About the Role
This is a new business sales role where you are responsible for driving new net sales across Australia to achieve set targets. You will do this by:
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our Plexus Value Proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
- Build a clear strategy for your territory that is aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile to ensure you hit your monthly market interaction targets
- Articulately translate client challenges into compelling proposals and business cases
- Ability to drive urgency to close in a repeatable, predictable way through commercial and non-commercial means
- Prepare accurate weekly forecasts and consistently log your sales activities in the CRM
- Consistently deliver above goal revenue performance through proactive management of your pipeline and team
To be Successful

- Be an experienced and over-achieving Business Development Manager that has consistently over-achieved set targets in a technology environment
- Has a proven track record of achieving/over-achieving set targets and will be able to demonstrate success over the past 5 years
- Can work collaboratively within a team environment and enjoys working in an environment that is evolving and changing
- Is ambitious and wants to continue progressing their career
