We are looking for a driven and talented Sales Support Coordinator to join their team and help to achieve their goals in these exciting new markets.
 
About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator who will be at the forefront of driving expansion into new and exciting markets in Asia. You will play a crucial role in supporting the International Account Manager and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sales team. In this high-stakes role, you'll be responsible for collaborating with trade partners to create dynamic and engaging resources and content that resonate with consumers on Tmall.  You will have an opportunity to channel your creativity and business savvy as you focus on building brands and products on Tmall and other online platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in managing exciting in-app promotions that will keep customers coming back for more. This is an exciting 6-month fixed-term contract that could lead to a permanent role within the international team, offering a truly unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.
 

Skills & Experience Required
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have bilingual Mandarin and English language skills, with 1-2 years of experience working across an Ecommerce platform, ideally Tmall.
As a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, you should be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week in the office (Mentone) and 2 days from home. Knowledge of the food industry is desirable. We welcome candidates who are passionate about food, dedicated to building relationships with trade partners, and excited about expanding business into new markets.
