This opportunity is with a well known Australian food manufacturer. They are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage all production related functions in the factory. Based on the Central Coast of NSW there is no more idyllic location to live and work in Australia. The Central Coast has great access to health-care, schools and public transport to Sydney and Newcastle. It is a great place to live.

As the Production Manager you will ensure that established standards for safety, quality and costs of production are adhered to and results in safety, quality and cost results are continuously improved. You will create and implement processes and procedures, drive best practice and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiencies and improve operational performance whilst ensuring a safe workplace for all team members.
