The ANZ head office, based in Melbourne, is growing and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team in a leadership position as a National Business Manager across multiple customers and channels to market.
About the role
A highly strategic leadership position, this role will create and deliver the comprehensive business plans to drive growth in specific customers across the grocery, pharmacy, mass and speciality channels. Leveraging an already strong brand proposition, you will identify and commercialise new revenue opportunities driving results for the existing product portfolio and the innovation coming to market. This role will lead a Key Account Manager and also play a broader leadership role across the ANZ market from a commercial and cultural development perspective.
Experience required
To successfully secure this role we looking for national experience across the corporate grocery customers with experience in pharmacy being highly advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate capability in growing share, creating strategic category initiatives to optimise brand and positioning and a high degree of leadership capability. You will be excited to be working in a highly progressive organisation that values flexibility, wellness and health and providing the best opportunities for their team. This is a small but developing team therefore a hands on and team focused approach is essential.
