About the role:
As a result of internal movement within the New Product Development team, an opening as a Product Renovation Manager is available for an NPD/Innovation professional with experience across broader FMCG. Reporting into the National NPD Manager as part of a wider cross functional NPD and Quality team, this role oversees technical support for the businesses existing product range and opportunities for improvement across the manufacturing and product development process.

About you:
This candidate profile we are looking for includes:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field - Food Science, Technology, Food Engineering or similar
- Demonstrable experience across NPD/Innovation within broader FMCG manufacturing environments, 3-5 year minimum
- Excellent technical understanding of key project related concepts including Stage Gate
- Strong undestanding of relevant legislation and standards related to R&D and food safety
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple functions including suppliers, operations, quality and site leadership
