About the company:
Our client is leading the Australian market in the luxury appliance industry. Following large growth across the business they require a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team and ignite their career.
 
About the role:
As Customer Service Coordinator the role will entail addressing service and customer inquiries in a prompt and effective manner. Managing the process of coordinating repair procedures with service partners whilst updating and keeping customers informed.

Duties:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
  • Addressing issues and enquires in a timely manner and keeping the customer informed of every step in the process.
  • Service admin/reporting and frequent system SAP/CRM upkeep.
 
Skills & Experience:
  • A servicing/customer service background (5 years).
  • Experience using SAP advantageous.
  • Highly motivated individual, who has first class communication, strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
