About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly role is responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of the marketing communications program with a key focus on digital customer engagement - including multi-channel product and service advertising campaigns, website management, SEO/SEM, email, social media, video content and display advertising for the business.  You will lead and develop the strategic go-to-market activity to deliver targeted acquisition and lead nurture programs across multiple business units, as well as lead in person customer activities such as trade shows, community events and roadshows.  Other responsibilities include:
  • Build, plan and implement the marketing communications plan in line with the group marketing strategy and organisational corporate strategy
  • Responsible for multi-channel campaign management
  • Planning and executing digital campaigns including social media platforms
  • Planning, implementing and managing the online content strategy for all business websites
 
About You
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketing specialist with experience across the B2B landscape.  Although open to your industry background, experience across industrial manufacturing or automotive would be highly advantageous.  With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes.   You have strong stakeholder management skills – you are at ease presenting to senior executives, as you are with engaging with an external agency.  This role plays a critical part of a small team who are collaborative, supportive and have a one-team mindset.
