About the role
Are you a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for the foodservice industry? As the Area Manager you'll be responsible for managing a market-leading and bespoke portfolio into the food solution channel across Melbourne. Your territory will include hotels, restaurants, private hospitals, schools, and more. You'll have full autonomy over your accounts, acting as the key point of contact for all orders, merchandising, and reporting. Your main responsibilities will include driving sales within your territory, delivering cook-ups to chefs, showcasing exciting food compositions and menu ideas.
Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a sales role, preferably within the foodservice industry. You'll be an assertive, driven, and energetic sales professional with a huge passion for the industry, with a track record of building long-lasting relationships with premium customers. You'll be highly organized and structured in planning call cycles and forecast reporting, with strengths in negotiation, business planning, and taking the initiative in driving sales.
