Our client is an Australian owned, market leading, premium FMCG business. Their brands are synonymous with quality, and they are proud of their commitment to sustainability. Due to continued growth, there is now an opportunity to join their marketing team in a newly created role at either a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level.

About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be working within a team of five, owning two premium, category leading better for you brands in a 360 brand management role. You will drive brand and product strategy as well as communications to drive brand awareness, equity and penetration.

You will have the opportunity to lead major projects including a major consumer research piece to develop new brand and communications platforms, media plans, assets and claims as well as lead a major brand refresh, redefining brand look and feel, tone of voice and packaging.

Key Skills + Experience
  • Prior brand management experience ideally within FMCG with exposure to agriculture category e.g. Wine or diary
  • A passion for better for you and wellness products as well as premium brands
  • Experience in managing agency partners and communications campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed organisational and project management skills, with the ability to operate with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
