About the role:
As part of the Marketing and Innovation team, this rare Product Manager opportunity offers a technical food professional the opportunity to grow and develop their commercial nous in a rounded role. Overseeing the largest category portfolio within the business, this opportunity will combine technical product development and innovation with commercial applications, trends and insights. This role will involve:
  • Stakeholder management for both internal and external parties across global supply, operations, procurement and marketing/sales functions.
  • Product development across the category portfolio, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Delivering in support of key business goals across sustainability and packaging.
  • Assisting in driving mid-long term business growth via new category entries.
 
What we are looking for:
  • Technical background in food science or similar field
  • Industry relevant experience within an FMCG environment, circa 3+ years
  • Strong understanding of relevant standards and processes including FSANZ and StageGate
