There is now an opportunity to be part of the Executive Leadership team as the Executive Manager – Marketing leading a team and driving profitable growth across their portfolios and key brands.

About the role:
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the commercial leadership of the Marketing function across 2 portfolios and jointly collaborate, drive and deliver profitable growth & sustainable performance for their core businesses and new adjacent markets.   This role will see you interfacing regularly with key stakeholders both locally and globally to ensure alignment on the portfolio strategy and deliver key projects and NPD in the Australian and New Zealand market.   You will lead a capable team of professionals and provide coaching and mentoring to empower them within the business to be the best version of themselves.  In addition, you will continue to build strategies that grow brand equity and penetration, have full accountability for A&P spend and external agencies and your team will deploy integrated marketing activities across channel.

What we need:
You are a degree qualified, a savvy senior marketing leader with 10+ years’ experience in strategically focused marketing roles. You have experience managing P&L, have strong commercial skills and understand the levers to pull to ensure strong EBIT growth.  Strong brand, NPD and multi-channel experience including digital and love utilising customer insights is also required to drive strategic outcomes.   You have strong stakeholder management skills – you are at ease working with cross functional teams and global counterparts.
