About the role

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for integrating the value chain within assets, optimizing the regional network of facilities and identifying opportunities for greenfield and brownfield development. You will be responsible for capturing strategic regional offtake markets, establishing and operating advanced recovery facilities and leading growth opportunities within the region. Most importantly you will drive an inclusive, connected, and high-performance culture within the regional network and the broader community.

The successful candidate

You have experience leading and managing people, developing and monitoring budgets in a complex business, and actualizing strategic plans to operational implementation and output. You possess high-level conceptual and analytical skills with a proven capacity to establish strategic directions and successful commercial action plans that achieve those directions. Furthermore, you have experience in managing strategic relationships successfully with excellent influencing and communication skills. You embrace and lead change and work successfully in multidisciplinary teams to implement strategy.
