Our client is going through an organisational wide restructure and has identified a number of new roles that are required to help evolved their digital footprint and transformation. Having a “best in class” digital experience across channel is imperative to their success in driving both brand awareness and revenue across the organisation and continuing to help educate and support their key communities.
About the role
Reporting to the GM of Brand & Marketing, this highly visible and newly created role will be responsible for leading the digital roadmap to ensure optimisation and best in class customer experience across online, CRM and paid & organic media channels. You will lead and mentor a team of 6 with 3DR and work with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy and a true integrated approach across all online and offline touch points. With multiple audiences & communities one of the initial priorities will be to completely re-design their online experience with a strong CX & UX focus to improve online engagement. Your success will be measured through an increase in website visitors, online engagement, customer acquisitions and revenue.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the digital roadmap and strategy across multiple channels primarily online, CRM and digital media
- Work very closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organisation
- Review data and insights and identify opportunities to optimise and improve engagement, conversion and customer experience
- Build businesses case for future investment and continue to build out the roadmap and prioritise key initiatives accordingly
- Strong digital marketing / digital channel and or digital product background
- Demonstratable experience in driving online improvement either redesign / re-platform with strong CX & UX focus
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and lifecycle marketing & integration across channel, Salesforce experience highly regarded
- Understanding of digital media channels and optimisation of these to drive awareness and consideration and revenue
- Leadership and mentoring experience coupled with good influencing, stakeholder management skills
