There is now an opportunity to join their team, to help drive this new exciting and innovative direction of the business across the leading portfolio.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and leading a team of two direct reports, the Senior Brand Manager will take ownership of a $67M multi-brand portfolio comprised of three market leading grocery key brands.
You will have the opportunity to flex your strategic muscle to play a key role in driving strategic thinking for a major brand repositioning, leading a reset project to set up for future growth and solidify market positioning. This will see you develop and bring to life new innovation pillars, seeing brands move into new and adjacent categories, working alongside the in-house Innovation team to execute. Additionally, you’ll have ownership of a $4M A+P spend, to bring to life major TTL campaigns.

Internally, the culture is fast-moving, collaborative and results driven, whilst allowing roles to have a high level of ownership and autonomy and the bonus of offering flexible ways of working.
This role will best suit a strategic and consumer led marketer, as well as a naturally strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and project manage cross-functionally to drive results.
You will be adaptable in your nature and have strong problem solving and project management skills, as well as a passion for people leadership, priding yourself on your empowering leadership style, with the ability to mentor and develop people.

Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience at SBM within a 360 FMCG marketing role
- Experience with owning a multi brand portfolio, exposure to both heritage and challenger brands is ideal
- Experience implementing brand repositioning or brand refresh projects is ideal, but not essential
- Strong commercial accumen including P+L ownership
- Strong communication, relationship building and influence, with the ability to collaborate and engage cross functionally
- Empowering leadership style, with the ability to mentor and develop people
- A passion and love for all things food with a finger of the pulse of new and upcoming food trends
