About the Role:

Due to strong growth plans, our client is looking to appoint a Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient running of the clubs. The role involves providing leadership, direction, mentoring, and professional development to the team, with the goal of enabling them to reach their full potential. The job also entails maintaining the core business and structured sales framework, implementing a sales training program, and working collaboratively with the Director to execute the Marketing Plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and upholding company standards, policies, procedures, and culture across all the site.  

Skills & Experience:

We are seeking an experienced individual who has managed a large gym brand with a focus on maintaining a high-performance sales culture. This role will suit a proactive and versatile individual who can contribute to and enhance an already robust foundation. This person should have a proven history of leading teams within a retail or fitness industry, alongside managing finances and operations effectively, and the aptitude to engage proficiently with various stakeholder groups to propel the club to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, supporting employees and clients to achieving their goals and have strong commercial acumen and a drive to succeed. There is a very strong career plan in place as this business is about to embark on a period of network growth which will mean an opportunity to move into a Regional Manager position in the new future.
